  • RREVIVAL offers executive coaching for business owners and CEOs, targeted interventions for specific issues, and in-depth operational support from experienced partners such as Dr. Bernd Wenzel.

  • Executive coaching involves regular, confidential discussions on an equal footing with the owner or CEO. The focus is on growth, leadership, organizational structure, and difficult decisions.

  • Executive sparring is ideal when key issues aren’t moving forward, growth has stalled, sales aren’t meeting expectations, the organization has become too complex, or important decisions are being postponed.

  • We use workshops strategically when they help clarify a leadership, sales, or organizational issue as part of a targeted intervention. They are not a standalone, off-the-shelf solution.

  • Typical areas of focus include stagnant growth, sales structure, go-to-market strategy, organizational design, leadership team alignment, and decision-making capabilities.

  • A Focus intervention typically lasts 4 to 8 weeks. Individual workshops or work sessions may be part of it.

  • Executive Sparring is an ongoing support program lasting 3 to 6 months. A Focus Intervention is a time-limited project addressing a specific issue. Workshops are used as a tool within these formats as needed.

  • You can expect clarity regarding the current situation, decision options, priorities, and specific next steps. The goal is to make progress on the issues that are truly relevant to your business.

  • Executive coaching typically lasts 3 to 6 months. Focused interventions usually last 4 to 8 weeks. Operational follow-up sessions are defined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Our core offering is non-operational, long-term implementation. In select cases, experienced partners such as Dr. Bernd Wenzel provide support for operational implementation, project management, or organizational design.
