Questions & Answers
What is executive sparring?
-
Executive Sparring is a regular, confidential exchange with the owner or CEO. The focus is on growth, sales, leadership, organization, and difficult decisions. It is neither traditional consulting nor a long-term operational role, but rather a focused format designed to foster clarity and progress.
-
Our process consists of five steps: initial consultation, quote, finalization, contract, and start of the assignment:
A no-obligation initial consultation to discuss your situation and concerns.
Proposal for format and layout.
Start of a 3- to 6-month collaboration or a clearly defined targeted intervention.
Regular coaching sessions that outline specific next steps.
-
Our core offering is executive coaching without ongoing operational responsibility. In select cases, specific operational assignments, project management, or organizational design can be handled by experienced partners such as Dr. Bernd Wenzel.
-
Executive coaching is typically arranged as a monthly retainer. The scope depends on the intensity, duration, and desired availability. Targeted interventions are offered on a project-by-project basis.
