Focused Intervention

Reto Gerber is the founder and CEO of RREVIVAL and serves as a strategic sparring partner for owners and managing directors of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). He brings a combination of experience from CEO and VP roles, international market and sales expertise, and a track record in transformation initiatives. His focus: providing clarity on growth, leadership, organizational structure, and difficult decisions.

Dr. Bernd Wenzel supports RREVIVAL on select projects as an experienced partner in organizational design, project management, and operational implementation. With over 25 years of experience in academia, consulting, and leadership roles, he excels particularly when strategic planning gives way to concrete implementation or a greenfield project.
