Reto Gerber is an experienced transformation and leadership expert with over 20 years of experience in the strategic realignment and development of organizations. His expertise spans a wide range of industries - from agriculture to the high-tech semiconductor industry. Thanks to this broad industry knowledge, he is able to design and successfully implement innovative and sustainable transformation processes.

As Managing Director of Rrevival, his focus is on renewing and strengthening organizations through strategic consulting, hands-on workshops and temporary leadership mandates. In previous leadership roles, including Vice President at DKSH and CEO of World Vision Switzerland, he achieved sustainable successes, including the repositioning of an NGO, significant sales increases and the integration of an international group. This experience combines in-depth knowledge of global corporations with a deep understanding of the dynamics of NGOs, start-ups and SMEs.

With an Executive Master of Science in General Management, his international perspective and multilingualism (German, French, English), Reto Gerber inspires teams and organizations to develop further and reach their full potential.
