Dr. Bernd Wenzel – Partner for Operational Implementation and Greenfield Projects
Dr. Bernd Wenzel joins RREVIVAL on select projects as an experienced partner in organizational design, project management, and operational implementation. He brings more than 25 years of experience in academia, consulting, and leadership roles with budgetary responsibility.
His focus lies where strategic planning gives way to concrete implementation: building structures, managing complex projects, translating concepts into viable reality, and overseeing greenfield projects.
He has contributed this experience in various roles, including as founding director of the Center of Excellence for Climate Protection in Energy-Intensive Industries (KEI), as executive director of the Institute for Sustainable Energy and Resource Use (INER), as founder of ifneconsult, and as project manager for various initiatives.
With a Ph.D. in industrial engineering and expertise in CO2 reduction strategies, energy efficiency, and organizational design, Bernd excels at tackling complex, interdisciplinary challenges.
