Dr. Bernd Wenzel - Your expert for greenfield projects

Bernd Wenzel has more than 25 years of experience in the design and management of organizations and projects in the service sector, both in commercial and science based companies as well as in non-profit and public administration. His experience and knowledge thus cover a wide range of industries.

As a member of the management team at Rrevival, his main focus is on the design of organizational structures and project management. He is particularly interested in the management of greenfield projects, where an idea or concept is to be successfully transferred into reality. He has successfully demonstrated this on several occasions, including as founding director of the Competence Center for Climate Protection in Energy-Intensive Industries - KEI, as managing director of the Institute for Sustainable Energy and Resource Utilization - INER, as founder and owner of ifneconsult and as head of various projects.

As an industrial engineer with a doctorate in CO2 reduction strategies, many years of experience in the context of climate protection and his wide-ranging practical experience, industry culture and specialist knowledge, he is particularly passionate about designing and managing challenging and interdisciplinary tasks. Outside of his professional activities, he regularly accompanies people who have embarked on new paths and are looking for reflection and advice.
